Piper RV Park is conveniently located in Vancouver, Washington, just minutes from Portland, Oregon. Our location provides easy access to major employers, shopping, restaurants, healthcare, and outdoor recreation throughout the Pacific Northwest. Located at 8510 NE Hwy 99 in the 98665 area, our park was built in 1956 conveniently located right off I-5. There are plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. We welcome recreational vehicles originally manufactured for living purposes. Rent is starting at $860. 30-day minimum stay (no overnight accommodations).

Piper RV Park specializes in long-term and extended-stay RV living. We recommend contacting us before arriving to check availability. RV Requirements
We accommodate a variety of RVs, including travel trailers, fifth wheels, and motorhomes. RVs should be clean, well-maintained, and in good condition. Management reserves the right to approve all units. Proof of current RV insurance may be required before move-in.
